The Forrás 500 greenhouse sprayer was born from a unique idea, a client approached our company with special needs. An important aspect was the compact design, so it could be covered in a small space, easy to move, even with a little manual force. This space saving is served by a tank rotated 90° and a narrow hand washing tank under the frame (the latter being a must-have accessory for sprayers). The movement is carried out with the help of 4 x 13" wheels, the first two of which can also be rotated.
The tank of the sprayer is made of fiberglass and includes a technological water tank according to the regulations. Its great advantage is that in case of damage, the client can even repair it him/herself. The disadvantage is that after throwing away the sprayer, it cannot be recycled. The tank is made in the same place where the sprayer is also manufactured, so the environmental impact of transportation is minimal.
The sprayer is driven by a three-phase electric pump with a power of 5.5 kW, a maximum transport capacity of 43.9 litres per minute and a maximum pressure of 40 bar. A pressure regulator mounted on the pump, which is equipped with a two-section manometer with glycerine. The regulator has two modes, the spraying mode, and the mixing mode. The latter operates the mixing head located in the tank, which is used to mix the contents of the tank. The opening part of the mixing head is designed in such a way that a pressure difference is formed on the side openings and sucks in the liquid from its surroundings. In this way, the flow of water at the end of the mixing head increases, and mixing is several times more efficient.
The filter with a suction side valve promotes uninterrupted, clog-free operation of the sprayer, continuous work. It has a dual role, it is possible to clean the filter cartridge during operation, and the sprayer can be made self-priming by unscrewing the bottom yellow screw and connecting it to the 6/4" thread underneath.
The sprayer can be equipped on demand with one or two hose discs that can handle 50 fm hoses. A spray gun with an adjustable spray nozzle is placed on the hose, which can be used at a pressure of up to 50 bar. These devices allow for flexible working (e.g. a more infected area is more accessible; two people can spray at the same time, etc.).
Each unit of the sprayer can be operated manually, its use is easy to learn.
Installation is not required, installation cost included in the price of the machine.
